Everything is just like this.

Question:
Isn’t a vow of silence helpful?
Response:
It may help in meditation to some extent. But what is the use of keeping the mouth shut and letting the mind run riot?
—Sri Ramana Maharshi
To penetrate into the essence of all being and significance, and to release the fragrance of that inner attainment for the guidance and benefit of others by expressing in the world of forms, truth, love, purity and beauty—this is the sole game that has intrinsic and absolute worth. All other happenings, incidents, and attainments can, in themselves, have no lasting importance.

What it amounts to is this: phenomena are real when experienced as Self and illusory when seen apart from Self.
—Sri Ramana Maharshi
Enlightened beings possess uniform minds. Your mind will become uniform with all others. Our minds have become different, but they are not originally different. Originally, they are all the same. When you realize the attainment of uniform mind, it is called awakening.

Don’t worry. Be happy.

1 into 3, 3 into 1, subject object, host and guest, separate to be unified over and over.
—Sasaki Roshi
In this one world, an imperfect self appears…. However, inevitably there will be a re-unification of subject and object—and perfect world reappears, and the manifestation of true love appears.
And so it is essential for us to study the unification and separation of plus and minus very carefully until we manifest it. Buddhism teaches us this.
There are many koans about this point. And many students try to answer these koans. But I cannot accept their answers because the only true answer is: “This is me! This is myself!“
—Sasaki Roshi
Our mind is like a clear glass of water.
If we put salt into the water, it becomes salt water. Sugar, it becomes sugar water. Shit, it becomes shit water.
But originally the water is clear. No thinking, no mind. No mind, no problem. Everything is just like this.
—Seung Sahn
You can never be lost, when have you ever been apart from me. You can never depart and you never return. For we are continuous. Indistinguishable.
—Jesus Christ
The Self alone exists and is real. It is that which is. It is as it is. Illusion itself is illusory. It must be seen by somebody outside it.
—Sri Ramana Maharshi
Indemonstrable reality.
—Immanuel Kant
You keep dreaming the dreams-in-sleep- or the dreams of creation.
The whole of creation is a play of thoughts: the outcome of the mind. It is the mind that binds you; and it is the mind which is the means to your freedom. You are eternally free. You are not bound at all.
—Meher Baba
